Romeo Cortina, Victoria Generals
Cortina may have missed the first three weeks of the season, but he made up for lost time last week, batting .375 and crushing three home runs. A TCL all-star in 2013, Cortina was back in star form, posting three multi-hit games, scoring six runs and driving in seven more. He went 2-for-4 with a pair of solo homers on July 15 against The Woodlands, and his two-run homer was all the Generals needed to beat the Marshals on July 18. On the season, the Sam Houston State junior is hitting .356 and slugging .603, and his four home runs are tied for second in the TCL.
