The Generals are on the road to take on the Accadiana Cane Cutters for a 7:05 start. The Generals come into tonights matchup with a record of 20-8, and are 3-1 on the season against the Cutters. Victoria can take first place in the TCL, with a sweep of the Cutters this weekend and some help from the Strykers! Jason Switlik will have the call tonight on the City Mortgage Group Broadcast Network (Ustream), or you can follow the game via social media (FB - Victoria Generals or Twitter - @VicGeneralTcl).
The Generals will be back here on Thursday for a four game home stand. The boys will look to bring you high quality baseball, with family fun entertainment to go along with it! Here is what the Generals have in store for you:
Thursday, July 3rd at 7:35: Victoria Harley Davidson Presents Hog Night at the park.
It's a Compadres Ink Thirsty Thursday, but with a twist! If you ride your motorcycle to Riverside Stadium, you will receive a FREE General Admission Ticket for the game. You will also have the opportunity to put your bike on display by taking part in a pregame ceremonial lap on the field. We hope to see you there, as the first 150 fans through the gate will receive a Generals Bandana.
Friday, July 4th at 6:05: Victoria Coffee Roasters Presents Generals Coffee Mug Giveaway Night
The first 200 fans in attendance will receive a Victoria Generals Coffee Mug. We will also be serving up $1 Hot Dogs and 16oz fountain drinks, thanks to our good friends at Pepsi.
Saturday, July 5th at 7:35: Dorothy H. O'Connor Pet Adoption Center Presents Dog Night at the Park.
Fans will have the opportunity to bring their family friendly dog to the park to enjoy some great Generals Baseball. We will also be featuring Chicken Fajitas in the Concession Stands!
Sunday, July 6th at 7:35: LASERWORLD Presents Baseball Card Giveaway Night (Set 2)
The first 200 fans in attendance will receive pack #2 of Victoria Generals Baseball Cards. It's also another Speedy Stop Sunday at the park! If the Generals win, your ticket for a FREE breakfast or lunch taco with a purchase of a fountain drink at Speedy Stop!
