The Victoria Generals scored two runs in the bottom of the eighth inning to take a 3-2 lead against the Alexandria Aces on Wednesday night. That ended up being the final as relief pitcher Kolt Browder came on to pitch the final 1.1 innings for the Generals to pick up the win, his fourth of the season. The Generals were led offensively by Andrew Russell who went 2-for-3 on the night with a walk, a stolen base, and a run scored. Abel Baker and Taylor Terrasas both had an RBI on the night. The Generals moved to 20-12 on the season as the Aces fell to 11-19. The Generals will hit the road to play the Texas Tomcats on Thursday night before returning home on Saturday night to take on the North Texas Copperheads. Saturday night is another Dollar Beer Night at the Generals game. Game time is7:05pm.
