The Victoria Generals offense has not performed well against the Brazos Valley Bombers pitching staff the last three times that they have faced them. The Generals were only able to come up with two runs on Monday night as they were defeated by the Bombers 3-2. In the previous two games between the two teams, the Generals were only able to come up with one run each time as the Bombers won both games. Bomber's starting pitcher Brian Borski only allowed one run on two hits while striking out seven General's batters. The Generals were only able to scratch out four hits on the night as the Bombers held on late for the victory. The Generals return home on Tuesday night to host the North Texas Copperheads. It is Free Ticket Tuesday at the game sponsored by City Mortgage Group. All fans will be let in free at the front gate courtesy of City Mortgage Group. All fans without a ticket will be allowed to sit in the general admission seating area. Game time is 7:05pm.
