The Victoria Generals have climbed two more spots in the recent poll released by Perfect Game CrossChecker. The Generals are now ranked #22 in the nation. In the opening poll of the season the Generals were ranked #30 and have seen their stock rise steadily over the past several weeks. The Generals are currently 16-10 this season and have already clinched a playoff spot by winning the first-half championship in the Texas Collegiate League. The Generals are currently the only team in the TCL ranked nationally.
