The Victoria Generals and Brazos Valley Bombers battled all night long in a back-and-fourth ball game that ended on a walk-off RBI single by General's catcher Michael Pair in the bottom of the ninth. Pair was 2-for-3 on the night with a walk. Roman Madrid picked up the win in relief. The Generals and Bombers will face off again tomorrow night in Victoria for game two of the two-game series. The Generals remain atop the TCL standings with a record of 8-4 while the Bombers fall to 7-6. Tomorrow is Dad's Day at the Park! The Generals will be giving away a recliner donated by Ashley Furniture Homestone, a big screen TV, and several other great prizes. All men 18 and older will be allowed to registered for tomorrow's activities. Registration begins at 6:00pm at Riverside Stadium. Game time is 7:05pm.
