The Victoria Generals improved to 4-3 on the season after beating the Brazos Valley Bombers 5-1 on the road. The Generals received solid pitching performances from Michael Oros, Joseph Dvorsky, and John Gilligan to help secure the victory. General's catcher Michael Pair hit his first homerun of the season to help spark the Generals offense. The Generals return home for the weekend to host the Alexandria Aces in a two-game series. Game one starts at 7:05pm on Saturday at Riverside Stadium in Victoria. Saturday night is Scout Night at the Generals game. All boy scouts in uniform will get in for free and a free General's t-shirt will be given away to the first 250 kids in attendance.
