CITY MORTGAGE PLAYER OF THE WEEK (WEEK 2)

Congratulations to Steven Rivas for a record setting week!  Steven put up a TCL record five home runs on the week on his way to hitting .500 on the week! Steven went 10 for 20 on the week with three doubles, five home runs, 10 RBI's, seven runs scored, four walks, an on-base percentage of .583 and an astronomical 1.400 slugging percentage.  Congrats Steven on a record setting week!

Congratulations to Steven Rivas for being the City Mortgage Player of the Week! Rivas currently leads the TCL with a .426 batting average and 9 home runs. This week Rivas went 6 for 19 with 3 home runs, 8 RBI’s, 6 runs scored, a .462 on-base percentage. Congratulations to Rivas for another great week!

CITY MORTGAGE PLAYER OF THE YEAR

Congratulations to Steven Rivas for being the Generals player of the year. Rivas appeared in 18 games for the Generals and made an instant impact when he arrived on the team. Rivas helped the Generals get things going as the Generals would drive for the playoff birth in the first half. Rivas hit .426 with 29 hits, seven doubles, nine home runs, 19 runs scored, 19 RBI's and 15 walks. Despite only playing in 18 games, Rivas managed to lead the TCL in home runs and his .926 slugging is the highest slugging percentage in TCL history. Rivas would go on to sign a free agent deal with the California Angels shortly after leaving the Generals.
