Cade Manning, a freshman from Southlake, TX, will suit up for the Generals playing primarily as a middle infielder. Manning has appeared in 11 games for the Bobcats thus far hitting .247 with a on-base percentage of .393 on the season. Manning had an awesome senior season, helping lead Southlake Carroll to the 6A State Championship in 2020. Manning hit .432 with 28 runs batted in, scored 31 runs, 11 doubles, seven stolen bases and an on-base percentage of .496 on the season. Perfect Game had Manning ranked as the eighth best third baseman in Texas coming out of high school in 2020.
